1:1 lessons enable you to reach your goals quicker and work on specific aspects of your health. For example, you may be experiencing stress/anxiety or back problems. 1:1 Lessons can target your specific health challenges and bring about change more quickly.
We recommend taking a single lesson to see if this works for you. It is important that you also understand the benefit that will be achieved through attending 1:1 lessons on a regular basis.
We have many years of experience working with individuals and see the best results in those who commit to a minimum of 5 sessions, or maybe even 10 sessions (although it is not always required). In some cases, 1:1 lessons are suitable on an ad-hoc basis, especially once you have the foundations of your yoga practice embedded.
