Well-being 1:1

This is a personal programme for your own well-being. The programme provides personal guidance from Reena; an experienced teacher who can quickly help you reach your well-being goals and further embed well-being practices into your daily life. Sessions are very much tailored to meet your needs.

The programme is fully online which means you can work around your existing commitments. A commitment of 1 hour a week is recommended and the duration of the programme is typically 12 weeks or 3/4 months. Throughout the programme you will also be given support for practice outside these contact hours and continuous encouragement to ensure you progress well.
