1:1 Lessons
1:1 lessons enable you to reach your goals much quicker and work on specific aspects of your health.
We recommend taking a single lesson to see if it works for you. It is important that you also understand the benefit that will be achieved through attending 1:1 lessons on a regular basis.
We have many years of experience working with individuals and see the best results in those who commit to a minimum of 5 sessions. In some cases, 1:1 lessons are suitable on an ad-hoc basis, especially once you have the foundations of your yoga practice established.
Booking: Please email here if you would like to take 1:1 lessons for yoga and/or meditation. Lessons are also available online, and work very well providing you have the space to practice at home.
