1:1 lessons enable you to reach your goals quicker and work on specific aspects of your health. For example, you may be experiencing stress or particular tension in your neck and shoulders. 1:1 Lessons can target your specific health challenges and bring about change quickly.
We recommend taking a single lesson to see if this works for you. It is important that you also understand the benefit that will be achieved through attending 1:1 lessons on a regular basis.
We have many years of experience working with individuals and see the best results in those who commit to a minimum of 5 sessions, or maybe even 10 sessions (although it is not always required). In some cases, 1:1 lessons are suitable on an ad-hoc basis, especially once you have the foundations of your yoga practice embedded.
