Wellbeing 1:1

This is a personal programme for your own wellbeing. The programme provides guidance from an experienced teacher to enable you to quickly reach your wellbeing goals and further embed wellbeing practices into your lifestyle. Sessions are very much tailored to meet your needs.

The programme is fully online which means you can work around your existing commitments. A commitment of 1 hour a week is recommended and the duration of the programme is typically 12 weeks or 3/4 months. Throughout the programme you will also be given support for practice outside these contact hours and continuous encouragement to ensure you progress well.
