Morning Pranayama

Every Thursday 6.15am-7.15am

What we practice: Sun Salutations (stretching), Kriyas such as Kapalabhati (breathing exercise), Alternate Nostril Breathing, other simple breathing techniques, relaxation and a short Meditation.

Benefits: helps pacify the nervous system, improves breathing, reduces stress, and generally improves physical and mental well-being. You will feel energised and positively ready for the day ahead.

Where: Live & Online via our dedicated online studio space. If you have never attended an online class before click here for guidance. Everyone is most welcome, and all instructions will be provided during the class. If more convenient, the session can be practised with your camera off. It is also possible to leave the session early if required. We will include short meditation at the end.

Concession: If you are seeking work or off work due to illness, we are happy to provide this session at concession (50%). Please email us and let us know.

Morning Pranayama

Sun Salutations, Kapalabhati (Kriyas), Pranayama and Short Meditation

We have been running workshops and retreats for many years.  One of our favourites was in the beautiful village of Normanton on Soar. 

For more than 7 years we spent many Saturdays here, with many wonderful yogis sharing their practice together.  The retreat days consisted of a variety of classical yoga practices including yoga exercise, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, yoga philosophy, mindful walking, and meditation. 

During the tea breaks we had an opportunity to share and enjoy the company of like-minded souls. The group came together in a very supportive, peaceful environment, that nurtured our own well-being and the well-being of others.
