Our Saturday Retreat days have been running for many years. We welcome those with yoga experience or those new to yoga.  Our retreat days consist of a variety of classical yoga practices including yoga exercise, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, yoga philosophy, mindful walking and meditation.  The group comes together in a very supportive, peaceful environment that will only nurture your own well-being and further develop your own yoga and meditation practice.
