We have been running workshops and retreats for many years. One of our favourites was in the beautiful village of Normanton on Soar.
For more than 7 years we spent many Saturdays here, with many wonderful yogis sharing their practice together. The retreat days consisted of a variety of classical yoga practices including yoga exercise, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, yoga philosophy, mindful walking, and meditation.
During the tea breaks we had an opportunity to share and enjoy the company of like-minded souls. The group came together in a very supportive, peaceful environment, that nurtured our own well-being and the well-being of others.
