In-person Saturday Morning Yoga Retreats at Normanton on Soar Hall 9.45am – 12.30pm. The retreat mornings consist of a variety of classical yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. There will also be short meditations interspersed through the morning. Ideally suited to those that have practiced some yoga before, although this is not essential.
We are currently taking bookings for 29th January 2022. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a receipt via Email. Further details will be sent to you just before the retreat.
Individual Retreat Pass
Retreat Pass for two.
What you need: Please bring your own yoga mat and a small cushion maybe useful for sitting comfortably. Bring something warm for final relaxation, a sweater, blanket, socks etc. There will be no refreshments served within the hall, although the tea shop next door will be open until 1pm. We will have a tea break during the morning.
COVID-19: Comfortable social distancing will be maintained If you book and you test positive for COVID-19 or are in self isolation you must not attend. A credit note will be held and can be used for another retreat or classes over 6 months. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled a full refund will be issued.
