Online Yoga Class

Wednesdays 6pm – 7pm.

Online yoga classes are a great way of practising in the comfort of your own home. If you have never attended an online yoga class here is a step by step guide to joining the online class.

The class consists of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation, it is suitable for all abilities. If you are new to yoga we recommend taking the Beginners Yoga Course

Booking: You can book up to 15 minutes before the class starts. If you purchase a Class Pass the Zoom link will automatically be sent to you each week. Once booked the class is not transferable. Please Email here if you require further assistance.
