I can’t thank or praise Reena enough following my private lessons with her. I was recommended to try yoga by a rheumatologist for back and chest issues. In a few short weeks I saw a great improvement in not just pain reduction but overall flexibility and movement. In addition I came away from each lesson relaxed and energised at the same time. Reena’s passion and knowledge for the subject make the lessons absorbing and enjoyable and have helped to make yoga a vital part of my lifestyle. Jon Frost, National Account Manager.
I’ve got an Oxford interview so doing yoga before the entrance exam must have helped calm me down enough to do well!! I would definitely recommend yoga to people who are taking exams now! Anna Barber, A Level Student.
Excellent standard of teaching. Reena goes over the exercises very thoroughly and really spends time ensuring you get it right. A very pleasant environment and I always look forward to my yoga sessions with Reena. I would definitely recommend. Linda Pullen, Company Director.
I really enjoy coming to your classes and even though it’s only been a couple of months I have felt massive benefits already! I feel much more flexible and even more toned – in places! The breathing is something I’ve really enjoyed too as my aim is not only physically but mentally to feel calmer and stronger. Elizabeth Boyle, School Teacher.
I came to Reena seeking help to loosen up my hip muscles, which were extremely tight, to help me run properly. Through attending private yoga lessons with Reena, I have learnt all about yoga with all of the lessons being tailored to suit my requirements. Completing the yoga lessons has enabled me to get back into running properly through freeing up my hips. Consequently pain has also been alleviated from the numerous other problems I had suffered across my body, thanks to Reena. Ryan Linton, Sports Student Loughborough.
My 1:1 lessons with Reena have been really beneficial both for my practice and state of mind. Can’t recommend highly enough! Ash Waldron, Financial Services Account Manager.
My 1:1 yoga training with Reena has helped me enormously, following major abdominal surgery, at a time when I was vulnerable, both physically and mentally. Thanks to her, I have recovered well. I shall continue with my breathing exercises, meditation, and asanas, in order to keep everything in balance. Lynne Edwards, Retiree.
Thanks Reena, I really love your yoga classes and the warm, relaxed and open ambiance. Your emphasis on mind and body as well as body really suits me, and I appreciate your enthusiasm to help everyone enjoy and benefit from yoga whatever their level or particular needs. Your continued active learning and deepening of your own practise brings a real sense of discovery, new perspectives and evolution. Thanks for the enrichment!! Jacqui Llewelyn
Just a short note to say thank you very much for coming to talk to us last night. The talk was very interesting motivating and inspiring. I loved the practical aspect too, as did the members. Something easy and quick that we can incorporate into our daily lives which will make a huge difference to our physical and mental health. I do hope that you might consider coming back to talk to us again in the future. Paula Reed, Leader of Cancer Self-Help Group Loughborough.
We would like to thank you for the very helpful yoga session you did for our community. It was enjoyed by all, young and old. Since we were a wide range of age of members 8 to 75 years, we were very pleased how you handled it. We were very impressed with your flexibility. We enjoyed the smooth flow of the session and how you took us through each posture and explaining the benefit especially as some members were new to yoga. As a result of your session more people have decided to join yoga. We would like to once again thank you for the session and also recommend you to anyone who wants to improve health and flexibility, as yoga is the key to good health and you are a wonderful teacher. Saroj Makadia, Community Leader.
All the students enjoyed your lesson and I think they all learnt quite a lot about themselves during the sessions. A number stated that they hadn’t realised the benefits of yoga and how much it can help. A couple of funny quotes from our students included:
“I now know I need to do more yoga as I have the flexibility of a brick”
“Amazing, and I’ll definitely be taking up Yoga more often once I get home”
“Yoga helps in so many ways. Not only is it enjoyable, it also is one of the key building blocks I’ll be putting into my future training programs” Captain David George RE, Wellbeck Defence College.
Yoga is a great way to stay active and fight the stresses of student life. It helps build strength, flexibility and mental clarity in a relaxing environment that feels a world away from the gym. Reena is great at teaching all of the members of the class at their own pace and helps you tailor the positions to your own ability. Yoga with Reena would suit anyone interested in keeping fit in a holistic way and is a godsend for students during exam time. John Hayman, Loughborough University.
