Meditation is the practice that brings peace of mind. Meditation helps develop self-awareness, focusing our attention on the present moment without any judgement. The benefits of Meditation include a reduction in stress, improved sleep, a positive outlook, and reduced inner and outer conflict.
Meditation can be very powerful when practiced together. We invite you to join our sessions, suited to those new to meditation and those with experience. Everyone is most welcome.
The Meditation and Mantras session takes place on the first Thursday of each month online via Zoom. Please book below and the link to join will be sent approximately 30 minutes before the session begins.
The session includes short meditations, simple mantras and a yoga philosophy talk.
Don’t feel comfortable on camera? don’t worry during the meditation session it is possible to have your camera off.
