Meditation Class

Meditation is the practice that brings peace of mind.  Meditation helps develop self-awareness and focuses our attention on the present moment without any judgement.  The benefits of meditation include a reduction in stress, improved sleep, a positive outlook, and reduced inner and outer conflict.

Meditation can be very powerful when practiced together. We invite you to join our sessions, suited to those new to meditation or those with experience. Everyone is most welcome.

Don’t feel comfortable on camera? don’t worry during the meditation session it is possible to have your camera off.
