Saturday Retreats

In-person Morning Yoga Retreats at Normanton on Soar Hall, 10am – 12.30pm. The retreat mornings consist of a variety of classical yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.  There will also be short meditations interspersed through the morning. Ideally suited to those that have practiced some yoga before, although all levels of practice welcome.  Booking can be made below and further details will be sent one week before the retreat.


Special COVID-19 adjustments: You will require your own yoga mat and a cushion may be useful for sitting. You will also need something warm for relaxation. Social distancing will be maintained at 2 meters. There will be no touching of the face area during our practice. Retreat numbers will also be limited. On occasions we may practice outside depending on the weather. There will be no refreshments served within the hall, although the tea shop next door is open until 1pm. If you book and you develop symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend, you can then book on to another retreat within 6 months, or allow someone else to attend on your behalf.
