Online Wellbeing Day – Saturday 20th June 2020
A day for you! If you already practice yoga and would like to further deepen your practice come along. There will be a number of sessions scattered throughout the day, which allows you to have your own time. All sessions will be in Zoom. Workshops include:
7am Morning Pranayama and Meditation session, 10.30am Yoga Class , 4pm Cooking demonstration and 7.30pm Satsang (including mantras and yoga philosophy). Attending all workshops is not mandatory however it is recommended if possible. Booking can be made below.
Booking Policy: Once booked no refunds are available however you can transfer your booking to a family member or friend.
Yoga Morning Retreat – Saturday 26th September 9.30am – 12.30pm. This retreat covers practice of classical yoga exercise and yogic breathing techniques, together with relaxation and a short meditation. Light refreshments & snacks are also provided during the tea break (vegan and gluten free friendly). If you have not practiced yoga before maybe consider attending a yoga class or the Beginners Course prior to attending the retreat. This will ensure you make the most out of the morning.
