Meditation is widely practiced today to maintain good mental health. The great thing is that you do not have to be religious or spiritual to practice meditation. The benefits of meditation include a clearer and calmer mind, reduced feelings of anxiety and reduced blood pressure. Meditation also promotes kindness to oneself which further increases self-esteem and confidence. Classes and courses are suited to both beginners and those who would like to deepen their understanding. Classes conducted live online via the Zoom conferencing facility. 4 week course. The course is a mixture of theory and practice. All welcome.
You can drop-in to this Meditation class. Beginners and those that already meditate are most welcome.
What do I need? Once you have booked on the course you will be sent a link to the course session atleast 30 minutes before the course begins. In preparation you can download the Zoom software to your phone, iPad or Laptop etc. Everything else will be explained in the first lesson.
