Meditation Course

Meditation is widely practiced today to maintain good mental health. The great thing is that you do not have to be religious or spiritual to practice meditation. The benefits of meditation include a clearer and calmer mind, reduced feelings of anxiety and reduced blood pressure.  Meditation also promotes kindness to oneself which further increases self-esteem and confidence. Classes and courses are suited to both beginners and those who would like to deepen their understanding. Classes are conducted live online via Zoom. All sessions are listed below:

Meditation Drop-in Thursday 7.30-8.30pm

You can drop-in to this Meditation class.   Beginners and those that already meditate are most welcome.


What do I need? Once you have booked you will be sent a link to the lesson at least 30 minutes before the session begins. In preparation you can download the Zoom software to your phone, tablet or laptop etc. Instructions to join will be included with the link.
