Meditation is widely practiced today to maintain good mental health. It is a misconception that Meditation is only for those who are religious or spiritual. The benefits of meditation are many including clarity and peace of mind, anxiety and stress reduction. Meditation also brings kindness to oneself which further increases self-esteem and confidence.
Courses and workshops are suited to both beginners and those with experience. Classes take place online via Zoom.

This 1 hr session includes meditation, simple mantras and a short talk.
What do I need? On payment you will receive a receipt and the Zoom link will be sent at least 30 minutes before the session begins. In preparation you can download the Zoom software to your phone, tablet or laptop. During the session it is possible to have your camera switched off if this works better for you.
