Meditation Course

Meditation is widely practiced today to maintain good mental health. The great thing is that you do not have to be religious or spiritual to practice meditation. The benefits of meditation include a clearer and calmer mind, reduced feelings of anxiety and stress.  Meditation also promotes kindness to oneself which further increases self-esteem and confidence.

I enjoyed the meditation course. It was well explained before we started each week as to what we were doing that week. 4 weeks was a good length of time to get the basics and weekly classes allowed time to practice what we had learned before the next session. The course is good for beginners and as a catch up to those who have done it before.

What do I need? Once you have booked you will be sent a link to the lesson at least 30 minutes before the session begins. In preparation you can download the Zoom software to your phone, tablet or laptop. Full instructions to join the course will be provided.
