Beginners Course

The Beginners Yoga Course offers a more structured teaching to ensure you learn the basics correctly and also understand the health benefits of yoga exercise, yoga breathing and relaxation.  Course sizes will be smaller, which means the opportunity to learn is enhanced.  After completing the course you will have a good foundation on which to build on or you may take the course again to consolidate what you have learnt.  Previous students have successfully transitioned from the course on to group classes with confidence.  The course is also available to those who have not practiced yoga for some time or have no experience of Hatha Yoga.

All courses usually take place in the lovely Upper Room at The Salvation Army, Loughborough.  Once you have all the details for the course payment will be required to confirm your booking.
