If you are new to yoga then the Beginners Yoga Course is a great place to start. The course offers a structured format to ensure you learn the basics correctly and safely before progressing on to group classes. The course will be a small group which means the opportunity to learn is enhanced, including closer guidance and correction.
Along with the practical aspects of the course you will understand the health benefits of yoga exercise, yoga breathing and relaxation. The course is also available to those who are looking to understand the more classical aspects of yoga.
The course runs on Tuesdays 6.30pm – 7.45pm. The course runs for 4 weeks and will be online via Zoom. Each session is 1 hour 15 minutes.
