Beginners Course

If you are new to Yoga then the Beginners Yoga Course is a great place to start.  The course offers a structured format to ensure you learn the basics correctly and safely before progressing on to group classes.  Course numbers are typically smaller which means the opportunity to learn is enhanced including closer guidance and correction.

Along with the practical aspects of the course you will understand the health benefits of yoga exercise, yoga breathing and relaxation.   On completion of the course you will feel confident to join the group class.  The course is also available to those who are looking to understand classical aspects of yoga.

Next Course is on Tuesday 6th October 6.30pm – 7.30pm. The course runs for 4 weeks and will be Online via the platform Zoom. For the online session you will require your own yoga mat.
