Beginners Course

The Beginners Yoga Course offers a more structured teaching to ensure you learn the basics correctly and also understand the health benefits of yoga exercise, yoga breathing and relaxation.  Course sizes will be small, which means the opportunity to learn is enhanced.  After completing the course you will have a good foundation on which to build on or you may take the course again to consolidate what you have learnt.  Previous students have successfully transitioned from the course on to group classes with confidence.  The course is also available to those who have not practiced yoga for some time or have no experience of this particular style of yoga (Hatha Yoga).
